Toyota Iraq
Toyota Iraq
Website Redesign UX/UI
Website Redesign UX/UI
This project was done during my time at Born Interactive forToyota in Iraq.
Our design approach not only highlights the technological prowess of Toyota vehicles but also enhances customer interaction, making vehicle selection, service booking, and dealership location effortless.
Client:
Toyota Iraq @ Born Interactive
My Role:
research, concept ideation, design

Main Problem
The existing Toyota Iraq website was visually outdated, disorganized, and confusing for users. Key features — like browsing car models, booking services, and finding dealerships — were hard to locate or buried in unintuitive menus. The site didn’t reflect the trust and clarity expected from a brand like Toyota and failed to effectively communicate the product offering or drive conversions.
There was a clear need to:
Clarify the structure and navigation
Improve user flow for key actions
Visually modernize the UI

Conducting informal user research with local dealership staff and users
Defining new user flows for car exploration and booking actions
Designing a clean, responsive UI aligned with Toyota’s brand guidelines
Supporting the development team during implementation
