Entrepreneurship Platform UX/UI Design
This project was done during my time at Born Interactive for SEEN.
SEEN (Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Navigator) is a digital platform developed to map, support, and connect the actors within Lebanon’s social entrepreneurship landscape. The platform enables social entrepreneurs, incubators, NGOs, experts, and public actors to access data-driven insights, resources, and personalized support. Its goal is to make the ecosystem more visible, accessible, and actionable—turning fragmentation into collaboration.

Objectives
Visualize Lebanon’s social entrepreneurship ecosystem through an interactive map and directory
Offer personalized learning paths, funding suggestions, and support tools to social entrepreneurs
Connect actors (startups, support orgs, public actors, mentors) through smart matchmaking
Enable the co-creation of policies and initiatives based on aggregated ecosystem insights

My Role
Mapping user journeys across different ecosystem roles (entrepreneurs, experts, support orgs, funders)
Designing the platform’s user interface and interactive components in Figma
Creating a scalable, filterable ecosystem map for public use
Building a modular resource hub to host toolkits, assessments, and guides
Supporting content structuring, accessibility, and platform hierarchy
Facilitating feedback loops with real users to iterate prototypes

Users input their goals, stage, and needs → receive personalized toolkits, suggested partners, and funding leads.

Categorized by topic and stage (ideation, launch, scale), featuring guides, assessments, legal templates, and impact tools.
4. Research Community
A collaborative space for users to validate ideas, ask questions, and share sector-specific knowledge.
5. Automated Digital Assistant
Provides tailored support recommendations using a structured decision-tree based on the user's profile and business phase.
